Hotel Sa Mola - Bonarcado (OR)
Sa Mola Hotel and Restaurant, obtained through a major renovation of the old mansion that dates back to the first half of the 19th century, consists of seven rooms, located in the main building, and thirteen newly constructed residences immersed in the green of the garden. Like the rooms they’re equipped with private bathroom with hair dryer, television, refrigerator, telephone and air conditioning
Thanks to its geographical central position, it’s one hour away from all ports and airports of the Island.
The restaurant has been mentioned in Slow Food guide ever since 2001. It was obtained restoring the old olive press (hence the Sardinian name of “Sa Mola”). Typical products are the main ingredients of the traditional dishes, prepared sometimes with a modern touch. Wisely arranged according to ancient recipes, the main courses can be enjoyed with all the wines of the best well-known Sardinian cellars. |
