The hotel has been recently build up along San Feliciano’s lakeside a few meters away from the landing stage to Polvese Island.
The hotel included in the “OASI LA VALLE “ Natural Park, has n° 45 accomodation units:18 one-roomed apartments (2-3 pax), and 27 two- roomed appartments( 2-5 pax), the almost of them with lake view, usable as residence as hotel rooms: for a total of almost 192 beds.
All the apartments are provided with air conditioning.
Outside there is a swimming pool with a private garden where you can admire the wonderful and many-colored sunsets of Trasimeno Lake. The different type of apartments makes it possible from every customer (couples, singles,family,students groups, 3rd age and also handicapped persons ).
